Mindfulness for Anxiety Relief: Practical Tools to Calm the Mind and Soothe the Body

I’m excited to share that my new course, Mindfulness for Anxiety Relief: Practical Tools to Calm the Mind and Soothe the Body, is now available.

In this course, I guide you through simple, evidence-based mindfulness practices drawn from Mindfulness Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Each session is designed to help you build a more compassionate and grounded relationship with anxiety — one breath, one moment at a time.

Anxiety often pulls us into racing thoughts, emotional storms, or physical tension. Through this series, you’ll learn how to:

  • Anchor yourself in the present moment
  • Step back from anxious thoughts without getting entangled
  • Connect with your Wise Mind — your deeper intuition
  • Surf emotional waves with steadiness and breath
  • Gently reconnect with your body as a source of grounding and safety

Each lesson includes a guided mindfulness practice you can follow at home, along with a reflection prompt to help you deepen your experience.

This course is for anyone seeking more calm, clarity, and connection — whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to renew your practice.

You don’t have to be perfect at this. You don’t have to have all the answers. All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself, exactly as you are.

I hope these practices offer you a space of safety, resilience, and inner steadiness.
